We need to use an awesome tool which is known as DiskCryptor to encrypt our USB flash drives. DiskCryptor is an open encryption solution that offers encryption of all disk partitions, including the system partition.

Here’s how you can use DiskCryptor to encrypt USB flash drives:
1) Download and install DiskCryptor on your Windows computer and then you will see the interface like below, select your Pendrive and then click on the “Encrypt”.
2) In the next window, you will be asked to select the encryption process. If you have limited knowledge regarding this, then stick with the default setting and click “Next”
3) Now you will be asked to put a password. Enter your desired password and then click on “OK” to start the encryption process.
4) Once the encryption process completes, it will show you all the disk drives attached to your computer. Select the USB drive and click on “Mount”
