Some owners of the tech giant Apple’s flagship smartphone, of course, the iPhone X face problems in the most basic feature of the device: phone calls.

Users of the iPhone X report that when they receive a call, their cell phone rings and vibrates, but it takes up to ten seconds to turn on the display. With the delay, it can not be answered immediately and the connection gets lost.

The crash does not seem to be widespread, but hundreds of users have already reported the same flaw in the tech giant Apple’s discussion forums.

Even, one of them claims that he left his iPhone X in an Apple Authorized Store for two days for observation; the technicians stated that there was a problem with the motherboard and the product would be replaced. But on the new device, the bug persisted.

Another user reports that “when I get a call on the iPhone X, it rings, but the screen turns on after 6 to 8 seconds.”

He claims to have restored his smartphone to the factory settings but was unsuccessful. “When I restart my iPhone X, the problem is automatically resolved, and after 15 to 20 calls, it comes back again.”

To the Financial Times, the tech giant Apple said that they are already investigating the accounts. We do not know if the problem is on hardware or software, but the iOS 11 was marked by various bizarre errors, such as an auto-corrector that replaced words incorrectly and a link that caught the device. The iOS 12, to be announced in June, should come without some new features to focus on stability.
