1) To Start, you need to set up the Google Voice Account. This is a much-needed step and the most important part of the entire tutorial. Make sure to set up the Google Voice Account first. Now set up the same account on your Android or iOS
2) Download and install Hangouts App on your Android and iOS device. For Android, open the app and then tap on the three lines in the left top corner, choose your Account and then tap on “Google Voice” section. For iOS, users need to find the “Phone Number” section from the settings.
3) Now find and enable the “Incoming Phone Calls” and “Messages” from the settings page. On iOS, you need to move to the settings menu and then enable the option “Answer on Lock Screen”.
