Here’s Why iPhone Ads Always Show 9:41 As The Time!: Have you ever paid attention to Apple’s product ads? If yes, then you might have noticed that most of the Apple products always have the same time of 9:41, this is definitely not a coincidence. But, what could be the reason?
So Why 9:41?
At the Macworld Conference & Expo in San Francisco, 2007 was one of the most important moments in Apple’s history and probably the reason why it has become such a popular company that it is today.
Without wasting any time, let me tell you that 9:42 AM was the exact time Steve Jobs introduced the smartphone for the first time. Steve Jobs while introducing the iPhone said “This is the day I’ve been looking forward to for two and a half years”
But why did the time change? Former iOS chief Scott Forstall said “We design the keynotes so that the big reveal of the product happens around 40 minutes into the presentation, When the big image of the product appears on screen, we want the time shown to be close to the actual time on the audience’s watches. But we know we won’t hit 40 minutes exactly.”
Steve Jobs announced the phone at exactly 9:42, according to Engadget’s live blog of the event. But due to some time confusion the company had decided to go with 9:41, for no real reason at all.
From that moment, the images and videos of Apple always showed that priceless hour whenever their any new product hits the market.
