Samsung Galaxy Note 9 May Not Come With Groundbreaking Feature: As per the new report published by Samsung in South Korea, the company mentioned that it will now focus on manufacturing and sell processors on the 10nm scale. The company hasn’t mentioned anything regarding the 8nm components or 7nm.
So, what does this means? Well, that could mean that upcoming Samsung Galaxy Note 9 should bring the Exynos 9810 chipset which is based on 10nm architecture. The same chipset is expected for the Samsung Galaxy S9 also.
Samsung is about to announced its upcoming Galaxy S9 on the 25th of this month. But, it looks like, the company might not bring any major improvement in terms of performance. This may be seen as a bad news for hardcore Samsung fans who were eagerly waiting for new top-end Samsung phones with “cutting edge specifications”.
However, it’s worth to note that Exynos 9810 is not expected to have exactly the same performance as the chips found today in Samsung Galaxy S8 and Samsung Galaxy Note 8, but the improvement in performance section should only be incremental.
Samsung may well be preparing some extra features to make the upcoming smartphone more attractive like fingerprint reader under the screen. It’s also possible that Samsung’s upcoming smartphone may have 8GB of RAM by default to attract more customers.
