Renowned physicist Stephen Hawking believes that time may come when machines and robots will completely replace humans. During an interview with Wired magazine, Stephen Hawking said “I fear that AI may replace humans altogether”
“If people design computer viruses, someone will design AI that improves and replicates itself. This will be a new form of life that outperforms humans.”
According to Hawking, in search of efficiency, robots may want to get rid of people. Even if this does not happen, people run the risk of destroying themselves.
